Appell, Jr., Preservation Fund for Central Pennsylvania, jointly administered by Preservation Pennsylvania and the National Trust for Historic Preservation is designed to encourage preservation at the local level and provides money for the maintenance and preservation of historic places in Central Pennsylvania.
