Preservation Pennsylvania's activities are overseen by a Board of Directors and a Board of Advisors. The Board of Directors is comprised of up to 27 members, who are membership-elected directors, board elected directors, gubernatorial appointees, or ex-officio representatives. The Board of Advisors is a body of former board members, preservation advocates and experts in the field who have been invited to offer their guidance to the organization.
